No spray tans or fake tans permitted as they ruin bedding, towels, rugs, etc. No overnight guests. No subletting or re-renting space to others. App enabled LG smart tv is provided, but tenant responsibility for additional app, streaming, or tv cable services if desired. Feminine products, wipes, paper towels, Kleenex, and the like are to never be flushed down toilets. Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets.
