Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. No parties or loud noise are allowed. Dogs only are allowed. A fee of $60 will apply for dogs less than 100 lbs, and a fee of $250 will apply for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Owners are liable for damages.
