On the first level, you will see a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a fridge with many functions, an electric stove, a dishwasher, and a dining area that can easily fit everyone for a Thanksgiving dinner. The front room is the biggest and can easily fit a king-sized bed, desk, dresser, and more. The middle room is the smallest, however still would fit a full-sized bed, and the rear bedroom is medium-sized. You have 1 bathroom per floor, and all of them have bathtubs. Central AC & heating, washer and dryer, keyless entry. This apartment is modern, spacious, very clean, and perfect for anyone with a big family! Water fee: $20 per person for groups of 4 or more, or a flat $75 per month for groups of 3 or fewer. Applicants need a combined gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent, a preferred credit score of 650+ (lower scores considered), no open collections, and at least one year of positive rental and employment history. No eviction judgments in the past four years. Applications reviewed individually; strong income, references, or a qualified co-signer may help, but approval isn't guaranteed. Bank statements may be requested. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit due at move-in. Tenants pay all utilities. RE/MAX Plus follows all fair housing laws.
