     Management

    The landlord was fantastic. He met us at the property a little later than noted, but he was incredibly gracious and gave us a tour of the listing. He showed us a unit that is in use and explained why he made the choices he did in terms of specific flooring or which windows were being replaced and why he had a strict no-pet policy. Super personable fella who sought to do more than just show an apartment, and upon hearing our need for a space for pets, offered alternative options for other properties he owned that were pet friendly. He even took more time out of his day to walk us over to one of the other properties and show it to us. Extremely caring, thoughtful guy who would probably be a 10/10 landlord.
