For stays 365 days or more, there is a security deposit in the amount of one full month of rent, which is due at time of lease signing. There is a non-refundable, $45 Rental Application. Occupancy is for 2 people max. All utilities are included. HVAC is controlled by the upper level tenant. We can provide additional heater or AC unit for added comfort.
