The kitchen includes a toaster, blender, and traditional coffee pot, while the living spaces are stocked with board games, kids' books, and toys. The screen porch and large deck area provide ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Pre-made beds and a luxury linen package ensure a comfortable stay. Optional golf cart rental is available for an additional fee of $400 a week. The property includes a Tennis Membership, granting access to community pools, dining, and tennis for $200 a day. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community, up to the maximum number of cars allowed, which is 4. Situated in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this property offers easy access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths.
