If its a dog, we must meet the dog. Small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable deposit of $250 for 1 pet or refundable deposit of $500 for multiple pets. Pet rent is $25/mo per pet. No smoking. Off-street parking Coin operated laundry in basement Rental Criteria: $27 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) Lease term is 6/1/25 - 5/26/26. A cosigner is required for all applicants, regardless if the applicant meets the criteria. Cosigners need to meet the rental criteria. Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it's up to you)! Our application is located right on our website- just simply click "apply now" next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units! The application takes about4-5days to process when all information is provided. If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you. Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.

     Management

    The landlord does not respond to calls, emails, or texts. He only responded almost a week after submitting our applications to tell us that the unit had been rented even though it was only listed the day before we applied.
