     Property

    The location was great, being right downtown Bemidji. However, before the pictures were up the listing noted it was a 3 bedroom apt. One of the 'bedrooms' is actually used as a living room as there is no true living room, but rather just a kitchen/dining area. I thought that was the biggest bummer about the space.

     Management

    The property manager was awesome and got in contact with me right away to set up a showing within minutes of me submitting my application.
