Five (5) tenants are possible at a rate of $2,900 per month if two tenants share a large second floor bedroom. Please note: The house is listed as 2225R Ohio Ave because I have a listing, MLS1834085, for the sale of the 2223 & 2225 Ohio Ave property listed under 2225 Ohio Ave. This is the only way the on-line systems enable me to list 2225 Ohio for rent due to the duplicate address. This is a very well maintained, smoke free, large four-bedroom, two and one half-bathroom house with an eat-in kitchen, large dining room, and front living room. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor with two linen closets.
