Tiny drawers, not much kitchen space, old appliances but dishwasher and washer dryer in unit. Carpet was very old, seemed like they vacuumed but missed piles of mouse feces in the corners of the closets and a large brown stain which looked to be bodily fluids in one bedroom. Drawers had a lot of mouse droppings. Building exterior not great. But if one could overlook those things for location it might be ok... not for me though.
