The fully stocked kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy in the formal dining space. In the backyard, relax on the patio or utilize the yard space. Free parking is available for 5 cars behind the house. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or exploring local eats, there's something for everyone. Located right off the downtown square, one block from the University of Arkansas, with public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options available. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
