This spacious home accommodates up to 14 guests with its multiple bedrooms and a sofabed, making it perfect for gatherings. Located just a short drive from popular attractions like the Chattanooga Zoo, Tennessee Aquarium, and Lookout Mountain, you'll feel at home while exploring the best of the area. Enter the home through a front door equipped with a digital keypad for easy access. The open-concept layout features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining room with seating for six or more, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary needs. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Down the hallway, you'll find additional bedrooms, including two with queen beds and another with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. A small laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. The backyard invites you to enjoy a charcoal grill, picnic table, and a firepit for a cozy night under the stars. The property allows a maximum of four cars with driveway parking only. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Please ensure pets are not on furniture or beds and clean up any waste from the yard. A charcoal grill is available for use in the backyard. Situated in the Missionary Ridge area of Chattanooga, this home offers a rural setting while being just a short drive from downtown. With Uber and Lyft readily available, getting around is convenient, though driving is recommended to fully explore the nearby attractions such as the Tennessee Riverpark and Chickamauga Dam Day Use Area. The driveway is steep, so parking is recommended at the top or bottom of the hill, avoiding the incline. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fee for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found on the property. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the residential neighborhood, and violations may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the property will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
