The kitchen includes wood cabinets, newly installed countertops, and a brand new stove that's compact but efficient for everyday meals. The bathroom provides a decent amount of space, complete with a large vanity and a standing shower. This unit is accessed through a private rear entrance, where two flights of stairs lead up to the apartment door, offering added privacy and a quieter entryway. Water, sewage, garbage included. Residents responsible for electricity. Cats 25 pounds or under full grown are welcome with a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $35.00 monthly pet fee per cat. Maximum animals allowed in a unit is 2. Cats must be spayed or neutered. We do allow other various pets with some restrictions and fees. All pet(s) must be approved with written verification through property management before an animal enters a unit. No dogs permitted. Coin operated laundry in neighboring building.
