One bedroom includes a Smart TV set-up, and each room is fitted with blackout curtains. The house is fully stocked with bedding, towels, and basic cleaning supplies, and offers central air for your comfort. Guests must be comfortable using stairs, as the washer and dryer are located in the basement and shared with second-floor guests. Access is available through the front and side doors. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you exceed this cap by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. No parties are allowed. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife such as deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, please alert us immediately. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use.
