Also included is a Pack 'n Play and an additional air bed. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog or $100 for 2 dogs, collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested through the digital guestbook, subject to availability and a small fee. Tucked in a quiet, private neighborhood, this home is centrally located in Nampa. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use allowed. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and a rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.
