This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and a flex room. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed to relax in. This room has a private full bathroom, so you won't need to trek up the stairs to freshen up. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and bathtub and shower unit, so you can choose between a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower. The second floor (main level) of this gorgeous house has another bedroom, along with common spaces. This room offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, also with a combination tub and shower. Tucked away in this room, you'll also find a washing machine and dryer, so you'll be able to conveniently take care of any laundry needs. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on this level. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs on the third floor. The attractive primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite full bathroom here has a beautiful walk-in shower with sleek black tile work. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All of our bathrooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming and are stocked with fresh towels and a starter supply of soap and shampoo. Simply perfect when you want to get cleaned up before a big night out in downtown Nashville! PET RULES: DOGS ONLY - 1 under 50lbs Leashes: Dogs must be leashed when outside Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended.
