The large second-floor master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the laundry room complete the second floor. Don't miss the back deck and the huge fully fenced yard. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with awesome neighbors. We ask that you respect them by not having any parties or creating noise late at night. We recommend driving a car or planning to take Uber, as it is not very accessible with public transport. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and we will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if needed, but otherwise, we will leave you to spend time with your friends and family.
