The home is filled with natural light and includes four twin beds tucked into private nooks. There are three fully stocked bathrooms with top-of-the-line fixtures and plenty of soft white towels. Enjoy two private back porches, a gas grill for BBQs, and ample parking for up to five cars. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of dishes and utensils for large groups. A fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.

The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered on the premises will incur a fine of $400. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels are not honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions resulting in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. If a guest wishes to go fishing, they will need to obtain an Arkansas fishing license from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
