Very friendly property manager giving the tour. Called me promptly to schedule something after I requested a showing. Their application form was a little hard to work with in ways that made some of the questions weird to answer For example, it required a first and last name for landlord, even if you rented from a management company, and it required an end date for all jobs in the employment history. Hopefully those won't be misinterpreted in my submission.
