The policy must list "Burkhead Realty Holdings, LLC" as an additional insured party, and it must remain active throughout the entire tenancy period. In the event of fire, theft, or natural disaster the Landlord's property insurance only covers the structure and personal injury liability. The renter's insurance policy must contain at least $300,000 liability coverage for personal injury and property damage to structure, for losses caused by Tenant. The Landlord accepts no responsibility for claim deductible costs or losses no covered by Tenant's renter's insurance policy. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
