This property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. The primary guest must complete a pre-check-in form that includes identity verification via a valid government-issued ID and a matching selfie. All guests staying in the unit must be included in the original reservation. Guests aged 1820 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Failure to complete the verification process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of the core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit under any circumstances. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement.
