This is apartment #1. It is located just one block away from the Youngstown State University campus, a few different local restaurants, and adjacent to a large park (Wick Park). You will have to pay a $775 deposit and $775 first months rent for move in. The utilities are prorated and range from $50-$125 per month (depends on usage) that include water, gas, and electric. All renters need to have renters insurance. Pets are allowed with a $25-$75 (depends on breed) per month pet rent. There is a large parking lot for all tenants as well as a common area with free washer/dryer. The apartment includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave as well as heat and if needed with AC window unit. The apartment will be available for move in coming August 1st for I currently have tenants living there. If it is still listed it is still available. Please do not ask if it is still available. A pet rent fee of $25-$75, all renters need to have renters insurance, and all my apartments are nonsmoking.
