Must have verifiable total household gross income of at least 3 times monthly rent. Each applicant must have a minimum 12 months full-time continual employment. Each applicant must submit verifiable photocopies of last six (6) months paystubs or six (6) months direct deposit bank statements from current employer; if self-employed, provide prior year's 1099 & last twelve (12) months bank statements or current tax returns. Positive references current & prior landlords and all references will be contacted. Renter's Insurance required and submit copy of policy upon signing rental agreement. No Pets.
