The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. On-site pool and hot tubs are situated in an atrium with massive windows that display gorgeous views of the trees in the courtyard and mountains beyond. Washers/dryers are available on site. This unit comes with 2 parking passes. The Pines Condominiums are conveniently located in West Keystone, on a free shuttle route within a mile of the Keystone ski area. Nestled in the wooded open space, The Pines is a perfect balance of proximity to the resort and separation from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village so you can enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings. The condo is located only steps away from the Snake River Recreation path, so you can easily access the river, take a short walk to Lakeside Village, or ride your bike to the Dillon Reservoir for a day by the water. This condo does not allow pets and is a non-smoking unit. To reserve this rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. 30 night+ rentals only, and is available at this rent until November 30, 2025. Yearly rental available - please contact to discuss rental rates with a longer length of stay. All utilities included (water, trash, internet). Linens and towels not included. $2000 Security Deposit.
