Smoking outside is permitted, but if smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
