Indulge in luxury within the expansive bathroom, complete with a rejuvenating walk-in shower and a lavish jacuzzi tub, offering the ultimate relaxation experience. In addition to the bedrooms, the spacious living room offers a fold-flat sofa, effortlessly transforming into an additional queen bed, accommodating extra guests with ease. With a generous layout and modern appliances, the well-equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures and promises a seamless cooking experience. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or brewing a morning cup of coffee, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Step outside and discover the outdoor oasis awaiting you. The fully fenced yard provides a secure and private space for you to unwind. Take advantage of the comfortable seating area and fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue experience, creating lasting memories with loved ones. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This residence is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Ohio City, just a 7-minute drive from downtown Cleveland. Immerse yourself in the trendy ambiance of West 25th, where a plethora of breweries and restaurants await, only minutes away. Ample street parking is available. The second bedroom is a walk-through from the master bedroom into the second bedroom. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking outside is permitted, but if smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it's a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
