Looking for 1 to 2 people for the in-law unit and open to one more cat on the property. We have lots of gardening space, some hiking, a hot tub, views of San Lorenzo Valley and beautiful Redwoods all around! We're 5 minutes away from Boulder Creek, 25 minutes from Santa Cruz and 40 minutes from San Jose. Rent is $2,500 for one person and includes all utilities except propane. $2,600 if it's two people. Deposit equal to one month's rent. Unit has its own propane tank which is used for heating only (propane furnace), all other appliances are electric. Laundry is available in the main house.
