The difference in the advertised unit is only that there is no internal staircase and there is an exit door in the kitchen as shown in the photos. Thanks. LEASE TERM - Zillow only gives the option of 6 months or a year. Actually I'd like the initial lease beginning in October to run through May -- 8 months. I want the renewal date to be June 1. Tenants pay all utilities; small pets OK with pet deposit.
