The living area totals approximately 355 square feet. The unit has brand new flooring and paint throughout and is in like new condition.
Perhaps the best feature is an additional attached private garage with approximately 196 square feet that is accessed via a door from the living area or directly from the outside via an overhead garage door. This garage is not living space and should not be used as such.
This ground level unit is very energy efficient. It has a brand new ductless mini-split heat pump system to heat and cool the entire unit; it is both very efficient and super-quiet. Unit is all-electric and has its own electric meter; tenant will be responsible for paying for electricity. There is no water bill; water comes from a ~300 ft deep well.
The house is set up as a duplex with completely private entrances. You will only have one neighbor, and the setting feels very private. Cats and dogs are NOT allowed. Please do not waste my time asking if you can have a cat or dog. You CANNOT HAVE A PET and NO SMOKING INSIDE. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
Application fee is $50 and is due when you apply. We pull credit, background, verify employment/income, check rental history and references. Security deposit of $1000, administrative fee of $200, and first month's rent of $1150 is due upon move-in. We only do a 12 month lease - please DO NOT ask for a 6 month lease or month-to-month.
