The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including the refrigerator, range, over the range microwave, dishwasher as well as plenty of cabinetry and counter top space. Rounding out this home is the included washer and dryer and spacious backyard! Innovative Realty residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50.00/month which includes renters' insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), utilities management, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! An admin fee of $195.00 will be due at move-in. We're happy to allow pets in this property, though we cannot allow more than two pets and they must be under 75 pounds. Our pet fee includes a $200 refundable deposit and a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Sorry, no aggressive breeds.
