More Details: It is located two blocks from a bus stop, one mile south of Disneyland, and just a few miles from the 5, 57, and 22 freeways. The is the middle unit in a triplex that is just one-story - there is no one above or below. It has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a wall AC. The kitchen and dining area is open to the living room. Between the kitchen and the main bathroom is a small laundry room with; washer/dryer, and lots of pantry/kitchen cabinet storage. The master bedroom has a wall AC and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has mirrored closet doors. Both bathrooms have new medicine cabinets and light fixtures. All floors are easy-to-clean Porcelain or vinyl tile that have a simulated wood pattern. No smoking allowed. All adults must fill out an application and pay $30 cash for a background/credit check. After the background/credit check is approved you will be asked to sign a one-year lease contract and pay, with a bank Cashier's Check or money order, one month's rent and the security deposit. You will then get the keys to the condo and move in at your convenience. I want to rent the condo as soon as possible to a qualified tenant.
