Complete with a private washer/dryer for your convenience, and a mud room at the entry to store all your gear. The complex has outdoor parking for two cars, jacuzzi, and a pool during the summer months. This unit is not pet-friendly, non-smoking.

We are ideally seeking a 6-month lease to start. After the initial 6-month term, the lease may be extended on a month-to-month basis or up to another 6-month period, depending on mutual agreement. We kindly request a 30-day notice for any lease renewal or extension.
There is a strict no smoking and no pet policy. Any break of these policies may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Tenants not responsible for exterior maintenance, but are expected to keep the interior in very good condition. Tenants responsible for electricity bill, which ranges in summer months from $50 to up to $500 in winter months. Actual SCE bill will be shared with tenant, and shall be paid in arrears along with monthly rent.
