Good sound separation between the two units. Some pets may be allowed with landlord approval and an additional $35/month. Yearly lease. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Employment Applicants must have been employed in their current role for at least 6 months. Rental History We will review prior rental references and history. Applicants may be denied for: Prior evictions Repeated late payments Material lease violations Negative landlord references Criminal History A criminal background check will be conducted. Applicants may be denied for convictions involving violence, property damage, drug manufacturing, or other serious offenses, depending on the nature and timing of the offense. We do not consider arrest records or charges that did not result in conviction. Pets Pets are allowed only with prior written approval from the landlord and are subject to an additional $35/month per pet. Breed, size, or number of pets may be restricted Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from these restrictions and fees, consistent with fair housing laws. Co-signers / Guarantors Co-signers are not accepted at this time. Portable Screening Reports We do not accept portable tenant screening reports as defined by RCW 59.18.257.
