About the property: This property is owned by a local family who takes great pride in their properties and has a team of responsive and attentive managers and maintenance personnel. The tenants at the property are very quiet and respectful. Units have double pane windows, a new roof was installed in 2020, and the building's electrical panel was upgraded in 2025. Property owner provides monthly pest service to the property's exterior and interior units if needed. They also have weekly landscaping, and the manager lives onsite. Applications: The application fee is $20 per person for anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the unit. Credit checks will be done for each applicant.
