You can easily walk to UT Austin or get to downtown, making it the perfect place to stay during events like Formula 1, SXSW, or Austin City Limits. Public transportation and rideshare options are readily available, and there is plenty of free street parking.
Smoking, pets, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old and present for the entire reservation. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please use the left driveway for unit 1 only, and do not park in the right driveway or in front of it, as it belongs to the neighbors in unit 2. If you park in front of their driveway or in the driveway of unit 2, you will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. The HVAC system should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
