The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a private 55" Smart Roku TV. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, while another has a full bed and a twin daybed. With two full bathrooms and a powder room, your group will have plenty of space. The primary suite includes a luxurious soaking tub for maximum relaxation, and all toilets are equipped with bidets. The home offers a covered carport spot for one car, and there is plenty of free street parking available. Please use the left driveway only, as the right driveway and the EV charging station belong to the neighbors. Located in a family-friendly yet lively neighborhood in old Austin, this home is within walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in East Austin. You can walk to the UT campus to catch a Longhorns game or take a quick ride to explore downtown. The area is perfect for those who enjoy walking, with easy access to public transportation and rideshare options. There is a covered carport spot for one car and additional parking on the driveway and free street parking available. Self check-in is available with a keypad, and early check-in may be available upon request. The home is in a family neighborhood, so please treat the area with respect. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted, and there is a $50 replacement fee per key if not returned to the lockbox. Please use the left driveway for parking, as the right driveway and EV charging station belong to the neighbors. Vehicles parked in the wrong area will be towed at the owner's expense. The HVAC system should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading. A laptop computer is not included.
