Furnishing: The property is fully furnished. All furniture, appliances, and household items provided by the landlord must remain on the premises and in good condition. 3. Pets: Pets are allowed. The gated community offers a dog park for residents' use. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or near the entrance. Violation of this policy may result in a fine and/or termination of the lease agreement. 5. Cleaning Service: The property will be cleaned by a professional cleaning service once per month. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition between cleanings. 6. HOA Rules and Regulations: Tenants must comply with all Homeowners Association (HOA) rules and regulations, which are standard for the community. Any fines or penalties imposed by the HOA due to the tenant's non-compliance will be the tenant's responsibility. 7. Parking: The property includes a two-car garage.
