Lease Duration: 12-month lease required. No subletting permitted without written consent from the landlord.
Occupancy: Only the listed tenants may occupy the unit. Unauthorized occupants may result in lease termination.
Utilities: Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
Pets: No pets allowed. Violation may result in fines and/or termination of lease.
Smoking: No smoking permitted anywhere inside the building.
Repairs/Damages: Tenant liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to theft of property, excessive filth, or damage from neglect.
Property Access: Landlord may enter with proper notice for inspections, repairs, or showings.
Household Income Requirement: All tenants must provide proof of monthly household income equal to at least 3x the monthly rent.
Move-Out: Apartment must be returned in clean, undamaged condition. Move-out inspection required.
Move-in fee: $800 (No Security Deposit)
Appliances Included: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven. Tenant responsible for basic maintenance and care.
Parking: Currently unavailable at the moment, but coming soon. Will be an option for $100 more per month.
Rent Payments: Rent due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after a 5-day grace period.
