Welcome to Cozy Nest, your home away from home! Our place is family-friendly with a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one is very large with King bed and bunks), and two full bathrooms. The space is very clean and newly furnished. There is a small yard. Enjoy the luxurious touches like heated tile floors throughout and a jacuzzi tub in the spacious Master Bathroom. Located in a great area, one block from Main Street with shops and restaurants in our charming Uptown historic neighborhood. Plenty of street parking available and bus stop on the block as well. Ask about the availability of 1 car garage for additional $100 per month. There is a nice bike lane on Columbia as well that goes all the way downtown. One mile from Esther Short Park which is downtown and holds many events such as farmer's market. 1.2 miles from the brand new waterfront development along the river. 15 minute drive to PDX airport. One hour to Mount Hood for hiking, camping, or snow sports. One and a half hours to beautiful WA or OR coast. 45 min drive to beautiful Columbia River Gorge. Utility fee is $100 per month which includes electricity, water/sewer, garbage, and Wifi. Landscaping services are provided as well. No smoking. No pets however one small dog may be allowed for a case-by-case situation. 30-day minimum stay. Renters insurance is strongly recommended. Owner pays for all utilities.
