Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. New paint, bathroom, carpet. Looking for 1 person or working couple. 1st month rent + 1 and 1/2 month security deposit required (Total $4,500). Non smokers tenant only. Partial Hot water, heating included. No refrigerator will be provided. 2 months advance notice needed before leaving. At any given time, no more than 2 tenants can live in the apartment. In case of any litigation (Non-payment, damage to properties, excessive noise etc.), renter will bear entire legal cost. Snow and garbage removal is renters responsibility. Any wear and tear will be adjusted from the advance collected. Any plumbing/electric issues that caused by renter must need to fix by renter.
