Welcome to 21 Salem #2. We are offering a 3 month lease during prime summer season at a price you won't find anywhere for such a lovely accommodation. As proprietors of beautiful spaces, we pride ourselves on our high-integrity interactions, vast experience, and timely responsiveness. This apartment is completely ready for you, with everything you will want or need to enjoy what Portland, ME has to offer. Facing southeast, the apartment is filled with light during all weather and all times of day. The shades can be pulled up from the bottom or down from the top with no strings to interrupt the light. The three-sided gas fireplace is pure magic. Just push a button and it heats up the space with glorious pizzaz. You almost don't need the ample baseboard heat in every room. A heated bathroom floor keeps you warm and happy too. The bathroom is huge with double sink granite vanity and lots of storage. The light-on-their-feet stylish furnishings offer comfort without burdening the space. The spacious kitchen has everything you could need: Stainless appliances, 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, two-door refrigerator/bottom freezer, Cuisinart Professional Series Cookware. It is stocked with everything from baking/serving equipment down to sponges and fresh kitchen towels plus all the regulars. Shop at the amazing farmer's market or just get wonderful groceries from the Rosemont Market just down the street. The flat is equipped with sophisticated NEST alarm systems. There is a large writer's desk that can be used as a sideboard for mealtimes.
