Plowing included, provided vehicles are moved at the time the plow person arrives to clear the area. Tenants will be expected to shovel around their vehicles, as well as pathways from the driveway to entrance door and propane tank.

The rental is a 2 bedroom unit and due to space, would best suit a maximum of two individuals, or a couple with child. Lease will include the agreed upon number of persons residing in the residence. No additional persons will reside in the residence, without disclosure to and approval of the owner, additional fee will be required.
Base rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, based on the current fixtures, useage rates/costs, appliances in place, and thermostat set to 70. The use of additional utilities or portable appliances, ie. air conditioners, portable washer/dryers, heaters, will require disclosure and an additional fee charged in addition to base rent to cover utility costs.
Plowing, snow removal from driveway/parking area is provided. Tenant is responsible for shoveling and removing snow from walkway, ensuring vehicles are parked as instructed and to move vehicles when plow arrives. Additional passes to clear around vehicles will not be provided and tenants will be responsible for clearing this area.
Trash Removal: A dumpster is available for general household trash. All furniture, beds, batteries, cardboard must be taken to the town recycling center by the tenant(s) rather than placed in the dumpster.
Pets: Owners have pets, however, no pets are allowed in the rental unit(s).
Smoking: No smoking is allowed on deck/porches or in the buildings. If tenants or their visitors smoke, they must be respectful of the property and use fire resistant containers for disposal of all smoking materials. Use of recreational or illegal drugs on the property or in the units is prohibited.
Rental is for Residential Unit only - no business use is permitted.
Cable & Wi-fi internet are currently available as the owners have these services in the building. Changes may occur if owners move, change services, providers or plans. These services are offered as a convenience only while the owners have the current services, but are NOT included in the rental fee. Tenant(s) will be responsible for contracting cable/internet service if changes occur, or if they require other/additional services.
