The kitchen has newer stove with built in AIR FRY/Convection oven and has self-cleaning oven. The frig, microwave vent hood and newer dishwasher. There is an eating area in the kitchen: and you could have a dining room or (flex space) as well. You have a nice living room with a focal decorative fireplace and patio doors out to your front covered cement patio, also just painted. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use. There is also a private back porch, and the amazing back yard is gated and secure with patio table and chairs and BBQ that is shared with the other tenant. The whole yard is locked and secured with a keyed gate.
This is located very close to Arnold Hall and many other SCAD buildings are nearby. The area is very nicely kept and desirable.
The landlady renovated the back decks and stairs (since stained gray) and the lovely yard with flowering trees and plants. I (We) care about our tenants and keep the building well taken care of. If you are tired of deadbeat landlords, you are in for a treat.
There is a security deposit and a $40 application fee and background check.
NO PETS and NO SMOKERS, NO exceptions, sorry.
