The bathroom has a heated floor, and a private washer and dryer are conveniently located in our hallway closet. The living area includes a built-in flat-screen TV (streaming only), and air conditioning in all main rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. A dedicated off-street parking space is included, which is a rare find in this area where street parking can be difficult and permits are costly. The building has an elevator, secure entry, bike storage, and additional laundry facilities, though you'll have your own unit washer and dryer. We also provide a monthly professional cleaning service at no additional cost. Renters will be responsible for monthly gas, electric, and internet.
