MONTHLY RENT: $1,300.00 UTILITIES: Water, sewer, garbage, and electric are billed back by 3rd Party, and not included in the monthly rent. PARKING: On-Street. The small lot is currently fully leased and is $100.00 per month when a spot becomes available. PET FRIENDLY: Dogs & Cats accepted. Limit 2 pets. no weight limit. Pet Deposit: $250 refundable deposit, per pet. PET RENT is $50 per month, per pet. RENTERS INSURANCE: Required with a Personal Liability minimum of $100,000.00. Policy must be provided at signing. APPLICATION FEE: $45 Non-Refundable, per person. LEASE TERM: 12-months. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000.00 (Refundable) APPLICATION FEE: $45.00 Non-refundable Application Fee, per adult applicant. SCREENING: The application fee and HALF of the security deposit ($500) will be due along with completed application, proof of income and identification PRIOR to the screening process. The partial deposit ($500) will reserve the unit for 7 days from when an application is approved. RENTER'S INSURANCE: Personal Minimum Liability of $100,000.00 and must be obtained prior to lease signing. PETS: We are a pet-friendly building. Dogs and cats accepted; Limit 2 pets. All pets must have current vaccinations. RENTAL APPLICATIONS: are electronic documents available upon request. Each application provides detailed screening criteria.
