We are looking for long term tenants who will pay rent on time each month, get along well with the neighbors and will keep the house clean and in good shape. This property is rented on annual lease: first lease will run from move in date to July 31st, 2026. Next lease will run from August 1st, 2026 to July 31st, 2027. Our goal is to renew the lease. Living room and bedrooms are carpeted: we just cleaned them and they are in good shape. We supply appliances: comes with a full sized fridge and electric stove. Has hook ups for a full sized washer and dryer, but you supply the machines. Has a brand new 40gal electric water heater. Has central heat and air (both electric). This is not a new apartment, but it is in great shape and is a very good value for the money in this area. This unit has a lockable mailbox. Electricity is through Duke and your water, sewer and trash come on one bill from City of Central Combined Utilities. Landscaping and lawn care are provided by landlord. There is room to park two cars behind the unit in an area that is lit by an automatic light. We will not consider pets for this unit due to newness (sorry). We do not permit smoking of any kind in our properties. I am available to show on weekends and am flexible with time. Because of the strong interest in these properties, I cannot accept phone calls.
