The fully equipped galley-style kitchen includes essential cookware for meal preparation. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen table or in the formal dining room with a farm table. The office/den offers a desk, office chair, and a futon for extra sleeping space. The home features four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A spacious screened-in porch with patio furniture provides access to the fenced backyard and pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for ease of access to nearby attractions. The home enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Excessive pet hair or waste will incur additional cleaning charges.
