Enjoy access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. A pet fee of $150 is applied to your reservation. You have the option to add heat to the private pool. Located within a gated community off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, this home is within easy reach of all attractions, shopping, and dining. Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 10. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We ask that you respect the checkout time of 10:00 AM. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed one per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
