    Forced to apply as individuals not married couple. Gouged us for a double application fee of $100. We have been married 48 years have paid off a house cars,etc. We were hospitalized for 3 weeks in November 20. We weren't permitted to receive mail nor pay creditors. PNC SHUT down our account after 47 years and refused to negotiate payment agreements. They now have ruined our rating but realtor Kelly refused to let us rent an apt. We have been staying in a hotel for a year and we pay them 1550 cash per month without a problem. We make 6x the minimum. KELLY refused to work with us.
