Our home, Honey, is as intricate & intentional as a honeycomb. When you walk into this space, we want you to immerse yourself in the peace that follows productivity. Think worker bee: traveling & traversing, picking up pollen along its way back to the hive. That's how we keep it sweet @ Honey. There's art everywhere, gathered from everywhere, nestled delicately within our newly renovated, semi-furnished 2-bedroom first floor flat. Only here are there sights to see in every nook & cranny. Relax. Unwind. Honey Time. Rent Due Date: Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Late Fees: A $50 late fee applies if rent is not received within 3 days of the due date. Pets: No pets allowed without written approval from the landlord and a signed Pet Addendum. If approved, a $100 non-refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent apply. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee for the first offense and $500 for each additional offense. Service animals are exempt with proper documentation. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
