Pets are not to be left tethered outside. Place all trash and pet manure in nearest trash dumpster. No working on or doing maintenance on any vehicles without Manager Written Approval - No water slides or any water activity setups - No glass containers at park or on water - Alcohol, while permitted, must be consumed responsibly and without public display - No Smoking Inside the Unit - Parking is available at unit, additional parking is available along the road side - Guests are allowed to come in for free within limit, if planning a large gathering additional parking fees may apply QUIET HOURS: Are from 10PM-8AM, please keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb your neighbors during this time. LEASE CANCELLATION AND REMOVAL: - If police are called we reserve the right to remove customer from premise immediately and schedule a time to pickup belongings Deposit: $500 deposit required before unit is turned over, this is returned once unit has been checked Termination/Extension: - Termination: If you plan to leave after the initial rental period, please provide a 3 day notice - Extension: If you plan to extend after the initial rental period, please provide a 7 day notice - No refunds during rental Illegal Dumping: Illegally dumping on premise (or in unfinished/locked sewer connections) is liable up to a $250 fine. We do NOT tolerate illegal dumping on premise. (additional fees may apply to cover cleaning cost) Lost Keys: Any units that require a key, will have a $50 replacement cost if the key is lost or not returned to the front office. Maintenance: - Tenant will be responsible for their own needs, but general maintenance and repairs will be covered by Lessor. Failure to report issues or allow us to fix them may result in additional fees to repair issues. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the facilities and amenities at Hidden Cove Park. Hidden Cove Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the stay, regardless of cause. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of any minors in their party at all times.
