A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
